The King's Arms Bedford
The Kings Arms is an historic pub, just a stone’s throw from the idyllic Bedford Embankment and town bridge.
It provides a relaxed daytime venue for business meetings, casual lunches with friends and family, or just somewhere to snatch a quick bite and beer before re-joining the treadmill of the daily grind.
The welcoming atmosphere continues with evening entertainment, including poker nights every Thursday.
Saturday nights at the Kings Arms are legendary. Up-and-coming bands vie with established favourites to fill the pub to its 200-person capacity, additional seating allows the less energetic to look on towards a full dance floor while the band do “their thing”. Extra live music events can be found on some Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.
The daily food menu includes a range of dishes using local produce that caters for most tastes, plus roast dinners served every Sunday afternoon.
The bar serves a large selection of beers, guest ales, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and hot beverages. It has been included in The Good Beer Guide for many years.

Its features include ample parking; free Wi-Fi; a pool table; and a large garden that can seat up to 60, with a dedicated secluded smoking area that is heated when the temperature drops.

He has been the landlord of The Kings Arms for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience in the industry, including growing up and working in another successful town centre pub that his parents ran for twenty-three years.
Sean has a deep understanding of the needs of the community and the important role that a good pub plays in serving those needs.
With a commitment to providing top-notch entertainment, food, and drink, Sean is dedicated to ensuring that The Kings Arms is a vital and valued part of the community.
